Honestly, after 100+ char already maxed in SRO, why you want low rates? People just botting before getting max level, and a decent set. I played pSROs with people in +7 sets just botting, because "against +11 i have no chance, won't play till +9 at least". Low rates is just more time botting, nothing more. You killed millions of mobs already, you did the max level hundred times. I just don't get it. And after level 70, the SP went so high, you need to play 24/7 just to full farm... Naah, the real fun is going for jobbing, FW, etc. If new people can catch up earlier, it's always good, because people may join after the first month too.

I'm not against you, just asking about your opinion. :pimp:
