Socket Items in TC

no socketing techinques work, they just cause you to spam more mets at a certain time which increases your chance of getting a socket simply cos you are spamming more often

this guide is against spamming basically saying that i use around 5 mets a day on each char making over 30 socs thus far

its still the same principle, you only use 5 mets a day all at the same time, thats still slightly increasing ur chances

if you have made allot of sockets then please inlighten us with your advice.. posting wherever throwing in ur 2 cents to bring up postcount helps noone

I have had quite some luck with socketing, as I have made a couple of my characters fully socketed. And, yes, I happen to agree with throwing the mets at the lowest lv items. Each time i made my first socket in an item, they were lv 20-30 (first or second upgrade), never later. I do use a certain time that works for me, but this is just a personal superstition. I made a 2 soc ring, when upping it from 100-110 when it was Uni +2. Once again, it was during my superstitious time.
I have had friends do exactly what I did, and it did not work for them as it did me.
All I am saying is, what works for some, will not necessarily work for others. What some people may think to be a "socket trick" might all in all be a "lucky as hell" streak. Now, if any socket trick works for you, more power to you, and make as much as you can from it. My personal experience tend to derive the idea that there is not a surefire way to make a socket.

Get used to them not reading/understanding you and everyone else flaming you.... I stick with epvp cause there are still some good ppl here.. but they are in a very small minority compaired to the noob leachers comming on....

I have a question:

IF, from what I understand, your supposed to take a high lvl elite item, for instance an elite lvl 67 helm, and up it a few times. Now, if it does NOT level up, should I then take 5 lvl 10 boots and try my luck socketting them?

The reason I dont mention a DB is because I have no intention to level up the quality of an item. I'm only interested in the soc :D

i think what he trying to say is there the throwing db to upgrade quality is a metoth to upgrade qualities

then the 5 mets a day on one char is a metoth to get socket

the only soc i ever got in the whole TWO YEARS i have played conquer was upping a unique club lvl 20, got it to 25 and made it two sock

i wonder if quality has anything to do with soc chances

Failing to up things greatly increase your chance to socket/ improve quality. As i said before i'm not telling you to go out and blow dbs.. i'm saying hey if u need something made elite or like on my server elite clubs 2 soc are worth 25mil so i take unique club 2 soc i pick up for 2mil avg in market and make elite in tc by using tc trick (taking 5 mets put it into high lvl elite junk item I.e. lvl 90+ warrior helmet all 5 mets almost allways fail if they all fail take a db put it in the club and poof i make good profit. If for some reason it fails i always have 5 mets stashed ot throw into lvl 10 boots 1 met in each pair.
