check the actual webzen forum there is one already made (tips & guide) section and in the process of adding all weapons and Armour that can be upgraded.

what do you mean you can not choose hotkeys? when you click any of the hotkeys nothing happens? you dont choose your hotkeys they are default in the game when you press them they work it should not matter what keyboard you use.

all the hotkeys refer to are the default shortcut keys that open your character map open your inventory open the mail system etc. I dont think I understand your question entirly.
