above is just ticket format stuff including my license and purchase info
i used shell for a while but it seems now they are exit scamming since the "server outages"
they havent replied to my ticket since feb 9th, and i ping them often to ask whats going on and no response since.
also, might be exiting strictly for valorant. perhaps you bought another product from them and it still works so no need to exit scam it yk? they still selling valorant on their site to so something fishy going on fs

I do not recommend buying shell software.
If u encounter any problems they will not refund you and tell you it s your fault.
for eg: shell doesnt work on viper v2 pro because of razer HID and they did not want to refund and said "it s your problem bro".
