Our Discord is very active and we mostly answer in less than 1h and all of our Features are working 100% Smooth and stable :)

Waited 2-3 days for a code and never got a reply on

Hey, sorry that you had a bad experience with our Support!
We are currently in a Staff-Restructuring, therefore some Requests take a lot longer to perform than normally.

But I assure you that all Problems are solved ASAP.
Special Requests may take a while because those have lower Priority than Bugs/Problems :(

Yeah bro. When i was part of the support team we tried to make the support better, but the communication was a problem.
2 of the Support Members were inactive, the other one stole stuff and i got inactive because jem gave no infos about updates, problems, etc.

Sometimes it took days for him to respond. Even if it was a important issue.

The 3 current Supporter are weirdos. Dont know how to do anything.

The Service kinda works.
But the Support got bad af fr

Been a client for a couple of months now, it's working great, apart from the followers not really working lately. Also, i'd love more options for viewers, Germany and USA only is too limited.

EDIT : As of today, I cannot recommend it, lot of issues lately, view bot not working when I only ask for like 12 viewers, view bot going off for no reason at random moments on stream, follow bot hasn't been really working for the last months. Don't buy.

Views work perfectly, but the raid support doesnt work, is there a reason? will that be fixed soon?

I've been a customer of theirs for almost a year now and unfortunately I cannot recommend them. Currently we have been without their chatbot service for about 4-5 months with no end in sight. When we asked for a status update (on their discord general channel) on when the chatbot would be back online they stopped responding and then disabled the general channel altogether. Their "status channel" shows it as "partially working" but that's just a blatant lie and then when you ask for a credit for downtime they will state that the chatbot did not initiate due to a profanity filter (they basically said that because the chat script has profanity in it is why the chatbot doesn't initiate) which is a complete lie.

However if all you care about is viewbots then that works pretty consistently.

Imagine making promises about a chatbot for 2 + years and still deliver nothing.

I remember all their issues with followers randomly not working, viewers dropping or straight not working for a week :)

Or chatbot posting 1 message then crashing.

Hey Mate!

We are consistently improving our Service!
Our Chatbot is 100% Functional AT THE MOMENT.

We can't guarantuee ANYTHING for it, that's why it is an additional feature.

It's a cat and mouse game with Twitch and we are doing our best to keep everything active.

how is the situation ? on ur service now feedback seems not so well plus does ur viewbot gets flagged and pervent ? from getting partner ?

chatbot is still down, follower bot still does not work, and their discord server is not very helpful outside of them posting "known issues" when the viewbot goes down (their main service). If the chatbot does start working again make sure and be reasonable with the amount of messages that you send as when it did work (over a year ago) it would constantly go down due to so many users bombarding twitch with constant chat spam.
