It's awesome easy to use i've just not had the best experience with it i don't stream too often but have ran into problems twice in the last week or so the first time the servers were down and it gave me a error but the developer was super awesome and added the viewers manually so customer service isn't a problem today the bot just simply did not work the views would never come through and i'm pretty sure we are in complete different time zones and i stream later in the day so getting in touch is not always the easiest!

But besides that everything is as advertised if these problems get fixed I will highly recommend this service but for now it's a 50/50 shot that it works and I will update this post if the service becomes a bit better!

Well, idk about chatbot since it is advertised on the post but there's isn't any "Advanced AI Chatbot" in there (or i am blind) and they have no premades chat logs / patterns as of today (07/05) even if they said it would be coming "next week" on their FAQ.

Else viewbot works well and is stable, followers get pushed really slow, wish i could set precise amount of followers per streams.

Update on the product :

Never released any chat conversation, chatbot never changed, no AI involved, it takes random phrases in the text and that it.

The only good thing is the per-category Chatlist selection and i wished we could set custom categories.

Else after 1 month of usage, it was great and i will pay again if they work out the Chatbot and followbot issues.

What Issues do you have with our Chatbot and Followbot? :)
All Features that are availible should work completely fine.

Followbot didn't worked for 20 Days and seemed to come back recently (2 days ago)

Chatbot :

Creating chatlist is easy but editing them is a pain in the butt, like, when you edit it creates a duplicate of it, if you delete the duplicate then both gets deleted.

"Stream Starting" post messages are pre-live messages at random hours where it should just post message on the 10 First minutes when live is starting (That's a suggestion, it better fit as nobody with 20/30 Viewers have an offline chat)

Ability to set chat bot to chatlist only (Not chatting but viewable in the chatlist / Viewerlist) as they doesn't shows up on chatlist.

chatbot timer message isn't that accurate, last time it took 10 minutes to post 1 message when the delay was between 70 seconds to 140 seconds.

Finaly releasing some chat pattern list as for now you have to create them yourself (i wasted 4 hours creating multiple of them because the "duplicate chat list" issue just made me lose my mind)

btw, "AI Chatbot" was the reason why i wanted to get it, but it is not released or available for the moment, it is the biggest feature that you guys should work on and release (even in a beta status to test bugs & issues on a larger scale)

other than that, as i said, nothing else, viewbot is great and stable and packages are well priced against the competition.

I simply wasn't aware of it :D

streame täglich seit einer woche, würde gerne ausprobieren ob durch den viewerbot auch mehr reale Zuschauer kommen da man höher geranked wird.
