We did experience quite a few bans over the holiday. Meaning our software got detected for the first time since April 12, 2021 (nearly 9 months undetected).
We found a security hole and spend about 2 weeks in our Q/A process to test it.
Since then, the product is now back online and running the same as before, and we suspect it will continue to run safely well into the future. (this security problem was unfortunately avoidable... one of the components in our auto- build delivery system failed over Christmas, when no one was able to notice. This caused some dynamic builds to be sent out that weren't up to the regular security standard we guarantee with the product. To prevent this happening again, the build module has been repaired, and a redundancy check has been put in place to ensure those builds never become available in the loader.
