I bought Rust through one of their supports named Entzy with an Amazon Gift Card. When the cheat inevitably didn't work (most likely due to my AMD processor), I asked if I could exchange my Rust sub for the PUBG cheat. They agreed and I tried playing PUBG on my laptop (which had an Intel processor), when that also didn't work, I asked for a refund.
I contacted Entzy about a refund. He said that I will have to wait a week for him to get the money. About once a week for the next month, I reminded him that he owed me money. He simply ghosted me. I contacted Juggs and he either A.) ghosted me or B.) told me to handle it with Entzy. This was a couple months ago and I still haven't gotten a refund or any form of compensation.
Cheats are fine from my experience (although I only used the Arma cheat).
The dev leaked like 30 peoples IPs and logins to the cheat on stream. When I was like "Oh boy, can't wait to log into those accounts," he replied with how I can't because HWID locked logins and so forth. He didn't reply when I asked why a bunch of random peoples IPs were leaked though.
Everything else with QC is fine though. Just ignore all the downsides I just listed.
I still can't understand who is saying the truth.
