Well, I'll answer it even though everybody else understood how obvious this is. You purchase our services, not the outcome per se. Just like you'd pay a lawyer to defend you in court (I know it's not the same thing, but for the sake of trying to find an example), you don't pay for the actual result of being found not guilty.

Regardless of the case's outcome, we will have still done our job and provided the customer with our time, effort and services.

On top of that, since we never ask for any credentials or other sensitive information, there's no factual way for us to know for a fact a customer was unbanned or not.

And lastly, people do get something for their money - our unbanning services, which is what they purchase.

My account was recently perma banned can you help me get it back? I know nothing is certain when it comes to this stuff and I sent in a ticket and I know that lowers my chances of success...I just wanna play again and start streaming like I've always wanted to so If you can help please do!
