Why are you complaining that software developers aren't writing software for an operating system that's more than a decade old? Are you serious? Windows XP came out in 2001.

i know but i use xp cuz i like it... well lots of servers still can be played on win xp why this not?

A lot of security and modern antibotting functions are found in frameworks that depend on APIs in Windows Vista and above. It may be that they use .NET Framework 4.5 in their autopatch to quickly download and install files, or use security functions in their client hook. Here's the thing though, it doesn't matter what they use higher frameworks for - they have absolutely no reason to support Windows XP. It's from 13 years ago. Update your bloody system.

We will consider supporting Windows XP in the future. As of right now I believe we're doing you a favor forcing you to update your archaic operating system.
