You can only get 3 100% boosters anyway (That is all that your account will let you get). There are 40 mods on this event and with daily patches it's somewhat pointless trying to make a stat changer even know after the nerf it would be really nice. I got 1 100% boost from a cap once out of 50 caps of the booster's. Good luck with this guy's there really isn't much of a way.

They do work. You just can't cheat them. The developers were not stupid to let the stat change/id change at the same time work again.
