You definetly cant get unbanned if you left games / got banned via tribunal. If the ban is a misunderstanding then you might get unbanned, contact riot player support tho.

depends on what u were banned for but yes its possible and has happened

Wegen RaF Service permanent gebannt -> Email geschrieben -> auf 2 Wochen verkürzt

Noch nie länger als 3 Tage gebannt geworden... das bei ~20 bans xd Ich glaub dem ist so, weil ich schon so viel in das Spiel investiert hab.

Zumindest meint das Riot.

Ich bin gespannt welche Strafe ich bekomme, wenn ich mich melde, bevor ich nen Permabann hab. Einfach nur mal aus Spaß :) stay tuned!

#edit: Na was sagt man denn dazu... Riot lässt mir die Rewards, IP/RP und sagt lediglich das ich damit aufhören soll, weil ich sonst vom Ref-Programm ausgeschlossen werde xD

You get perma banned for a reason, if you recieved the perma ban cause u flamed etc. There is no way to get it lifted.

There's always a way to unban it, at least once. As muk-as suggested, guy called Sephirofl (bigzuc0 @skupe) is providing services like that. He is legit and quite successfull, u can check him out on forum anyway...
