Perma bann

Is it possible to get a perma banned account unbanned?

maybe from someone of riot who offers this?

If you got perma ban for leaving/flaming or similar, there is no way to get it unbaned, if its for chargeback, just pay the amount of chargeback and it'll be unbanned.

i had a perma ban once for my dirty name :D texted them why i am banned, i had to chose another name for free and got it back

impossible.

I was perm banned for referral abuse. I emailed them and they unbanned me but I'm banned from the referral program. They took like 2+ weeks to email me back though.

It was only 150 but my account for flagged for other reasons.

what does that have to do with opinion? its pretty clear to me that no riot employee would risk of getting fired only to get some extra money
