After registering on the site you get access to registration on the server and download the client. These links appear on the top and side menu

Thx,now im on the server but theres no costum npc,i can see some on the minimap but they arent there....i checked fleamarket because on youre last server all the npc's was on flea but now theres non,please help :)

Are you using their launcher or are you using a bat file to change the language?
If you are launching ascii it is very probable that they have not hashed their resources ascii and you may not see or get some of the content if you are launching that way without some client engineering.
