How to translate this in english?

Add Launcher for US Client 8.1.
Install 8.1 Client US. Unzip the files are replaced. Client updated to version server.
need .net Framework 4.5

But the launcher translate since the NPC?

Delete resource, but not actuality. Launcher updater client.

I made this launcher specifically for this community. Sloppy as it may have been, it is the most widely used today. Some time ago I wrote a better launcher that uses checksums and a server sided script to compare files and download only the ones that differ.
@ssholes like this are the reason I never released this, or toybox, or went open source on the rappelz cms. Look at it; he didn't even change the design on the god damned thing, and still, not a single mention of me. No credit on the thread, no credit on the website, no credit on the launcher.
