how about this ?
you don't need 1gb port, and you certainly don't need 4 drives. 1-2 SSDs would be much better for sro (and especially mssql) and would be around the same price, probably even cheaper now

it all depends on the location (where are most of your players located), budget, type of server, DDoS mitigation
