yes i agree, i am actually scared a bit, and sad for the people who donated in my server, the whole point is that the Tq will never stop us from amking private servers, if they stop us, there will be other people making them...Catface2345<--- its easy to say that they should back off, but we all just have to hope that they will back off of us, so we can carry on with the stuff we are doing.

TQ will never stop pservers...and as everyone knows if every pserver get closed...there will be new ones....that will really make TQ be afraid of them....I HOPE THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE THE BEST PSERVER DEVELOPERS WILL COOPERATE TO ONE TEAM TO MAKE A GREAT PSERVER WITH NEW EDITS AND STUFF TO DROP DOWN TQ....but this is only a hope...

acme isnt above the law.. the only way to protect urself is get a hosting in a country which doesnt have anything with US to do.. read through the email and u will find that the laws in the clausules they referring to doesnt exist.. also how much we edit the client the structure of it still is copyrighted to TQ.. doesnt matter if we change the name to something else.. its like selling a BMW as your own brand cuz u removed the beemer tag and put another sticker on it.. its still stealing.. acme is protected by swedish law and US law cant be applied here.. also we do have a really good attourney who said that we dont have to worry.. so we keep on rocking.. and we never said we wont help anyone.. we just feel sad that when things start to get ugly.. we are taking the blow for everyones loss.. and thats really not nice!! what have we ever done to you more than releasing lots of shit for you to use on your own servers? if you dont like to play in our server.. fine.. but dont badtalk us cuz you dont like the drops or whatever reason u have.. keep it to yourself. /nooneatall
