Yes, but it is also about the game only people who played or wants to play this game are in this section. Sure there are a few here just for fun but if silkroad suddenly attracted a lot of americans you will also see A LOT of americans around here.

The real problem is probably the language barrier, english isn't the main language of these kids and they don't read or speak it very well so they start to create those posts with HLP ME GOT PROBLEMZZZ. and you can't really tell them to search cause if those language skills you probably won't find a thing.

Yeah, Joymax fucked Silkroad, but about the Turks being in Silkroad since it opened is not true, I mean, they were they but not drawing attention and these were mostly the nice Turkish people.
When Silkroad opened there were a lot German/Dutch/American people.

Its like before Cherno released the files everyone was calling him selfish and a cunt.

I remember that day, that Blitzkrieg thread which changed this section into a shitty section.
After he released the files everyone loved him and people wanted money money money, thats how you fuck everything. Look now, PlaySRO, it's more about money then the game, the admin admits it, server owners that wanna do stuff for fun cant keep their server up for a month just because of this money filled shit.

I also dont understand why these noobs creating servers dont realize they WONT succeed?
The only thing left to do to save SRO is to release SRO2, let 1 die and everyone will move on back to Joymax and back to official stuff, they fucked the game but the community was never that fucked as it is now.

I dont even know why I still come here, it disgusts me to see some threads here pff.

If Joymax is smart enough they should release SRO2 along w/ SRO-Web by the end of 2012 and also provide a Joymax made FREE bot if the rates are gonna be as shitty as iSRO. Balancing the races as well as adding the Arabian race followed by increasing the rates as in one can be capped by grinding every day for 2-3 hours for a month maybe but since its impossible to get like stones/tabs/sox stuff by hand grinding they should make an alternative way to get those.

we are 4 months way from the end of the year(and the world XD), i dont think SRO-2 is going to be released early next year
i can expect a release on april or something like that

I joined in like 2008 or 2009 i think?cant exactly remember but all i know is that i got my first account and it was swsro(for free) and from there on i started to play on other servers such as ecsro.now i dont feel that way anymore.you could say for me this game has basically died out.

Lets hope joymax wakes the fuck up. They've been sleeping for several years now.
As for the community, we won't be able to revive this section. Whenever Silkroad 2 comes out and a section is opened for it, we can work on that.

They have started to interact more with the community, the community designed ingame items(hand-drawn) and the best one was picked to be made into an ingame pet, and if I'm right they were recruiting GMs not so long ago, but you had to live in Korea(?) and be able to visit the Joymax hub everyday to actually be able to log into your GM account

Interacting more with the community doesn't make the community itself good nor changes the fact that they are still money sucking chinks. When they started to think more about the money than the community, that's when silkroad went downwards.
