[Dev][PVP]ProjectX - Patch 5517+ - No ninjas/monks

After 3 hours, tournament signup is working. Had some really annoying equipping problems.

I like the tournament.

All the tournaments for running now is finished.
This includes TeamDeathMatch, LastManStanding, PassTheBomb and Domination.
There is more tournaments coded, but the tournament system has been changed.
There is 4 tournaments running every hour for 1 week, then next week it switch and those tournaments won't be back before 4 weeks have passed again. That way we will have a lot of different tournaments running and you won't get bored of the same tournaments.

TeamDeathMatch is just the classic TDM with 4 teams and about to get most kills.

LastManStanding is about surviving and being the last person in the tournament map.

PassTheBomb is where you have the bomb and there is a countdown on 7 seconds till it explode, if it explodes you're out. The last person in the map wins, otherwise the person with most points. You win points by passing the bomb.

Domination is about dominating castles. There is 4 castles all with one pole. You have to kill the pole of the castle to dominate it. There is 2 teams and the team whom dominate most castles win. If you enter an area of another teams castle, then the screen will turn the color of the castles team. There is blue and red team. Blue castles will obvious turn blue and red castles red. If a castle has no owning team the color of the screen will be regular.

Thanks to the people who have been helping with testing server so far :) It has been a great help with bugs.

If you are in a castle it will change screencolor to the team who owns the castles color.
