Try not to get scammed
Trade with reputable ppl
Take Screens of everything(though most of the time it doesnt matter if you get scammed)
Real Life Compensation for scam which goes bad is highly doubtful(Paypal Chargebacks exempted which is also a means of scamming)
If your trading on these forums use well known middlemen some are highly known here(but again caution MM can be tempted as well)

That is far as remembers the amount is a bit off my head i would trade more on these forums if my suppliers run out but they keep a good amount running and when i do come here for spares those above who i go for straight up as MM i have used Endo a couple of times though his not yet under MM qualification but i did a Unded Panda trade through him so ++ to him

Did he steal your accounts? Do you have them back now? Because I think you could use the ''Account Recovery'' thing and get all your accounts back. At the same time, they could ban the scammer because they will know his IP.

Oh, this is really bullshit, but scammers everytime have better tricks to scam...
But a solution is maybe to give mashtee some ectos and say shit happens to the scammer and mashtee also must seen, that this can happen at the time :(
