i have a question what would happen if i were able to collect some shiny in Philippines, and then i don't use ultrasurf the next time i login in another pc. Do i still get to keep the shiny i collected?

When i did this i got one mushroom with 3 shiny on it, as i get it it says that o have found 3 shiny, but does not add on the shiny count. When i refresh the browser, the mushroom is there again.. same thing happened. My shiny count remained the same. :(
