Also, very important, if you are using windows 8, 8.1 or 10 Open up a command prompt with administrator privileges. (search for cmd in start menu, right click it and run as administrator) go to your PWI_en\element folder, and simply run install.bat from the administrator command prompt (just type in install.bat) The reason you have to use CMD is because just running install.bat as administrator will not give the same privileges to sPCK.exe, leading to grasses.pck not found error.
