Also your screen shot doesn't show the ring description, just potency chart.

I'm sure other +'s for the rest of equips will come later, like on the Chinese servers.
But right now for English servers it's only right hand weapon.

I don't think TQ would make a big red warning about right hand weapons only for nothing.

What it's saying is only the right weapon can be refined.
But like MrGenious say just switch and you'll refine the other weapon.
By reading the statement in picture, Equipments can be refined too. :o

Thats because armor sockets are not so rare. You get socketed armor for your class when promoting at level 100 after reborn. Many reborns = many socketed armors.

BIG APOLLOGY for what I typed in this thread. They said it in really confusing way at official sites and I thought only weapons can be refined to +12. I was wrong... nobody is perfect and it's human nature to do mistakes ;)
