Does MINI ESP work with 64 bits client ? I know anet end support of 32bits client end of august.

It blocks download due to windows recognizing the file being able to remotely access my computer.

It doesn't remotely access anything, this has been stated time an time again - its obfuscated/packed, its a false positive.. You can check it with process watcher an see there is no outbound connections ever made/attempted.
