I have an idea for the wipe. Wouldnt you be able to wipe only the Item data? So everyone holds on to their chars and noone loses their effort put in grinding (lvl wise). Also skills and so on are kept. Ofcourse those duped items might have influenced a characters level and skills but i think the influence is small (or none) and its better then not wiping at all.

To let the players continue playing you should give each character a given amount of gold based on the level. the amount should be high enough that everybody can buy npc-equip (on their degree) and use this to farm new equip or continue to level up.

I think this might be a really good solution

For GM's and simply0wn community server openeing in 2016.05.05 ir 2016.05.05 evning is good cus its dayoff for mostly of us.
No need exp rise cus it will be just pvp server easy ups and all max.. even know with good pt in 4 days you can get max :)
and yes i aggre in low lvls like 1-40 admins could add bit more drop like +5% in lvls 40-60 drop is good in lvls 60-90 drop is good 2 cus we dont need that everyone will be will last tear items do you remmemer how great was to find anyking of last tear item? its for server economy just to make more fun :)
