Hello guys i just reinstaled my windows and i instaled the net frame work and when i open the bot does not giving me errors but when i start the conquer giving me that error

Are u trojan/warrior/ninja? if u are i can understand u say is the best thing u saw in 7 year, or are u a noob that just start using programs. Plus the shit site to download, i waste alot of time to download this, just to notice its a useless for archers and fires (they are my main chars).
