Guys I was able to open this program at my other computer which use Windows7 as OS but I cant open this on this computer. This computer use Windows XP SP3 as OS.
Here are the programs I installed for making this work :
Net Framework 3.5
C++ Runtime
VB Runtime.

Btw, there isnt any error when I try to open. There is just nothing. Nothing happens when I double click the exe
