If someone have a problem with access of website and server:
1. try to do in cmd - ipconfig /flushdns
2. restart router
3. Change DNS addresses for router to google public (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)
4. add in hosts this line - 93.158.238.22 play-eternity.com
