May we could stop the rage? And stop giving people attention? The sad part is that the Internet is a completely different dimension in which people like radde lead her second, usually "more important" life.
You should give no attention to such people, the thus you feed these people on the Internet.
Unfortunately, such people also feel "untouchable" because they sit behind the screen, because they think that no one knows their real identity (and also you cant harm them, most of the time). Therefore, it is completely pointless to get upset about such people, because this is not achieved anything.
The best thing you can do is not to deal with such people and let them do what they want. Eventually they lose interest in it.

For real just ignore them, put them on your ignore list, stop feed them with your attention.
