Doesn't really matter, he knows this was not intended to be a fun server with 1000x rates. After all, it's not the exp which matters, it's the experience which the server offers you (by experience I don't mean in game exp xD). There are a couple of those servers already, why bother to make another ?

Wasn't sarcasm. 5% on SM is just fine in my opinion. It's ~~ 20 mobs to level up.

with 2x card thats good as well and only 1x 1.5x-2x would be fine for grinding at GL-HM

This isn't the old curve, so you might be a bit impressed with the exp of GL-HM. I just think you expect a bit high exp compared to what it is, but nvm, you'll get the chance to actually see it and comment on it.

I just assume GL-HM gonna be 0.50-1% because we're gonna be grinding blue mobs unless you added more mobs to LD

You'll grind inside Beast Tower/GCM.

Test-Phase will be 1 week.
Time between Test-Phase and Phase 1 will be as long as it takes us to deal with the bugs/abuses/errors found by the testers.
