Unf Updated to 4.5

- Added fog option ( removes ingame fog, let me know if issues - example [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] )
- Readded Full Clipping
- Options now disable when closing Unf if the game is still up
- Unf will now properly clear handle if you leave unf up an close/re-open the game ( previously would not thus resulting in having to relaunch Unf ).
