I need help on gunner i tryed evry thing but it doenst want to Repeat the skills

Sandbox works?? On which server are you? (I'm on NA) How do you do it? Previous version of what do you have?

On March 15 my 2 accounts were stopped while farming in Norsvold and later I found them banned for "suspicious activity". I wrote by the address given to me by NCSoft and received a reply about 1 account that the "penalty will stand" and it's for "using third party program". It was rather unusual to me, cause these characters, and also others, used to farm on this waypoint many times before during a year or so and weren't banned. I would like to send their logs and receive some explanation, why were they stuck, or jam 20 sec, many times, and never using Return skill when stuck, or what exactly happened, which is seen from these logs, can I do it anyway? The form of bug reports doesn't include the possibility to attach a file. Or I should upload it? I also want more information, please, like, was it a single event or NCSoft started to apply more severe measures in searching for bots to ban? Was anyone else banned? Then, is it safe to bot now, like, for example, gather aether or farm mobs outside of Norsvold? If we think, Norsvold is too populated, is it safe in lower level locations?

I am on EU servers and everything is fine with bot running 32bit under Sandbox!
Botting outside the fortresses with too many people around is very risky imo, especially if you are doing it for long and for many hours in the same spot! Maybe they reported you!
I hope the ban is not perma and soon they will unban you!

Btw bot not working today after the maintenance! Obviously this is a different story! Waiting for an update, kintarooe right?

True, some chain skills doesnt work all the times! I had same issue with gunner.
Better try another class for botting!

So, there is no Xigncode on EU server and you don't know how to apply the Sandboxie to NA server? It doesn't open the usual way :(

I scarcely attained that they unbanned 1 of my 2 characters, about the other they keep silence still.

No, I've never tried NA servers at all! So i can't give you any advice!

the bot does not work anymore since the update, get the message Initialization failed: 1 L.PTRError. Make sure that correct version of the client. For EU/NA Server

I wanna ask an advice, please could you help me? Among my 2 PCs, the newer one (i7-8700) sometimes closes my Aion and shows me this message,

Then if I go by the link it gives it leads me to Microsoft Free Antivirus.

What do you think, will this antivirus try to remove Rubot if I install it? My Rubot is only on Disc E, not on C. AionPatcher is in Aion directory on C. Do you think this Error message appears because Xigncode finds Rubot? I didn't use it today, cause it doesn't work.
Then, a still stranger thing: this message from Xigncode also offers to to read its own log and leads me to its directory:

but when I open the file Xigncode.log, it automatically opens with Notepad and shows me abrakadabra,

Can I read the log file better with another program? What should I do? Can I ask Aion officials to explain me the log file or they may find Rubot information then?

Why does it only happen on the newer PC with Mobo GIGABYTE Z370 HD3P and i7-8700 and doesn't happen on i5-4690K? The system on both computers is Windows 7 x64. Can I improve the situation on i7-8700 by installing Windows 10, or any other way?

6 days without an update. :(

Try to add aion / rubot as exclusions that way the scanner should ignore these folders and their content.

Make sure to run installer.exe from time to time to be on the latest version, there have been several updates as hronos tries to fix things.

Is it a bug? This error spams all the time in the bot's log!

Try with a new rubot folder (empty / no old profiles).

And add only a few skills to test and a small route, if it still happens file a report as usual.

In which program, do you mean, can I include Rubot to exclusions? I have no antivirus currently, didn't have for a long time, and yes if I had, I would add it to exclusions. But XIGNCODE in absence of antivirus gave to me that message and closed my Aion, like it is itself is an antivirus. Can I manage it anyway? They officially don't let us set exclusions to it.

Frankly, I also had it in the last newer versions of Rubot that worked on NA, but it was not complicating the work, just words.

The bot is only for EU, from Mar.23, no NA. Please update!

Ah I see , delte the log file then and start aion without rubot and let it "crash" again.

Then I guess you can contact their support team cause it seems like an aion related issue.

The auto updater should prompt you all the time for updates (run via installer.exe) thats why I stopped reporting every release.

Also cause hronos is pushing the small updates a lot atm.

Keep reporting the bugs to the report form , so he knows its still not 100% working.
