DOWNTIME

I'll try to make this short:
OVH => Hosting company including a "ok" DDoS Protection.
HPP => Hyperfilter, a DDoS Protection service/company.
OVHs protection wasn't enough for us, so we bought HPP. It worked. We got attacked. The first second of an attack almost always goes "through" the protection, which is normal. OVH blocked HPPs IP because OVH thinks HPP is attacking, because all connections come from HPP.
I called OVH at every service hotline in germany. I called the "vip support" in france directly. I wrote a lot of tickets. I've written complaints. I've contacted them through all possible means.
The server doesn't have a problem, OVH is simply blocking HPP so that you can't login.
ETA: Unknown. I'm doing everything possible on planet earth to reach somebody who can finally whitelist HPPs IP.
Thanks,
Akasch
