How is Sprint supposed to work? When it's checked and alt is pressed, the speed goes up a little? The amount is related to the value of "Speed" option or not?
I want to use in a manner others can't really notice, so should I check only sprint and not mess with the speed option? (or maybe rise it a little) :P

Sprint is the same speed as swiftness not to the value of speed.
Your choice, most just use sprint to get ahead or catchup if they're class does not have a constant access to it.
