re downloaded and started to set up the threat poped up again after ignoring it and wont let me use it, dont know if that changes ur mind about anything, im kinda retarded with this stuff

any word from avg about the worm?

nothing yet, im guessing they didnt start friday and 48 hours started today. so hopefully tomorrow or wednesday. I dont expect they will turn around so fast.

out of the blue this has started acting odd for me, it opens up but yet is some how hidden and wont actually show on main desktop, shows on toolbar on bottem but when clicked it wont pop up on desktop. further more once i manage to get it to pop by trying a few times to load it it just says not in crafting window.. have restarted game pc a few times yet it keeps coming back. it started randomly loging me out also once it actually does beging to work even though i have not got that option clicked.... i have not changed any settings or anything on my pc before or after it started going funny...

no idea why or what its doing i have tryed to d/l a new copy and it just also does the same thing >.<

more info, when i click on which char i want it to load onto the actuall ffxiv window flashes and the crafter toolbar box flashs and when hovered over shows up as black rather than showing a mini version of teh craft box, to actually get it to pop normally requires having 3 or more of teh program open it seems to have got worse now as i cant actually get it to even load the main craft option box anymore.... its all unblocked etc from anti virus/firewall no issues untill today an was working fine until a few hours ago lol

more update..

unsure what has happend to/with this but i managed to kinda solve the issue the only way i could get it poping on my screen was to open taskmanager and select the option to maximise, this then opend it up full screen and i was able to see the options and it actually worked normally... atm this is the only way i can get it to work no idea why its done this

I had to reopen the process with AVG for determining the bot's worm alert. I contacted customer support and they said there was no indication I had submitted anything despite the verification emails and chat transcripts.

Pokoyo, I do not know what could be causing that problem other than your config file being corrupted. Please delete CrafterConfig.txt and see if that fixes your problems.

well it now opens and works on one account but on other just says not in craft window. i deleted crafter and that text file and started a new install/unzip, cant understand whats caused this >.<

more update.. well i deleted the file and crafter emptied recycle bin restarted pc redownloaded and started up game and crafter x2 it did same thing 1st time now after doing it again it now works as before so unsure what the issue was.. have been getting booted off the game a lot today due to bad weather here so perhaps that had sumin to do with it curupting the file ? god knows its working atm so will leave it going over night and see ;;

I also have the same problem pokoyo99 and still cant get it to work. it just stays on the toolbar and wont pop up.

if it shows as a black pop up screen while on bar you need to actually go open it through that extract folder(the one with the 3 books stacked winrar folder thing) and not the file with the marlboro on it, it does that for me alot but going to that folder it opens every time for any character

It is working for me without any problems, I am uploading the exact same version that i opened and was working for me.

ya i dunno what the deal is u can dl it and it actually work the first cpl of times but then it starts doing this, ive probably redownloaded atleast 5 times since i started using this but just gave up, the steps i listed above get it to work so no harm i guess, just a little annoying

i have a quick question, your bot can logout and shutdown, but i can't find the option to shotdown my ffxiv only logout :-/

logout is shutdown for all purposes until the 14th. When updated the bot will only shutdown and the text will be shutdown.
