as what insider said download flash player so download then..i got problem like u 1st but i download flash player using chrome then my problem solve..

When i login i see the Flash Player Not Installed Gif:
Please, as we now use Chrome, you have to install Flash Player for Chrome. DOWNLOAD IT FROM GOOGLE CHROME.

Why is the bot still down?
