Its pretty easy actually.
That is on the server side

For the clientside shopAll.lod needs to be modified.
Its pretty easy to do with a hexeditor, but a special editor would be better ofcourse :P

Its easy to use.
Just place it in your client's root folder (thats that same folder where LC.exe or sl.dta is/was)

Add or delete the items from the shops, save each record u change!
Then Save File
Update Database
Restart gameserver
And your item is in the shop :)

Mm thats strange. I just downloaded the file again myself and put it in my havelok client and it worked perfectly. But i think i found the problem already and i reuploaded the file.

It doesn't work for me, but the windows message is gone.
