The reason why we can restore donated silks is that those come with a "transaction id" that can be checked & verified, it has nothing to do with favoring donators, we are assisting everyone, even if we can't restore the silks.

You implemented like 6 hours ago the "request silk" tool in your website and still I'm waiting for the silk I lost for your fault. I requested my silk 2 minutes after the global of GM TestEvent or something like that saying about the request tool so for sure I was the first 10-30 using the tool,6 hours later here I am still waiting.
And yes you answered in facebook but for nothing because you replied my msg asking how I got my silk and when I tried to answer you disabled the facebook msg so none is able to send you a msg.
I just check the website and still:

Waiting since the global of that gm saying the tool was activated that means HOURS. There is no other way to talk to you because you can't read pm's either ingame, I can't buy global because I lost all my silk and even If I can get globals in HWT I won't waste it trying to get your attention.
Your should improve the ways we (the players and customers) can get a real support.
