If you want to make it multi-platform just code the core in Java and then add platform-specific stuff (such as the interface or the data storage). This way your emulator will work on Android, Linux, Windows, Blackberry or even from a web browser through a Java Applet (imagine just creating your own server by opening a website).

Just to let you know i finished chat (gm and normal chat) now preparing vid and maybe a part of website. Have to prepare new plugin library and i have to install it on other pc(to test it out). I will make a vid of this because everyone who will want to code exctensions will have to do the same things. Still i am undecided if i will register emulator on googlestore, and still looking for a good name for it :)
