Regarding Thepowerlevel.com WARNING!

Im not saying this couldn't be true, but I bought 2.5b gold from them today, and nothing went wrong? O.o, i'll keep an eye out for them.

I had the same thing. I bought 4 b on Helios, then they made me wait like 3 days when i finally threatened to chargeback they said come online i suggest using silkroad-gold.com

Sometimes scammers are also scammed.

Well... i bought few days ago 400m gold for friend and everything went fine.

Actually there are a bunch of turks on certain servers that impersonate thepowerlevel staff, they tried to scamm me and almost got away but luckily i caught them. Basically the turk come to you, tell you to follow him somewhere, then he creates a stall with the same name as your character at blacksmith or where ver you collect gold, then he ask you a bunch of info like email, transaction id etc.

@Christian.. its simple to get your email thought.. when ppl know you... they might even know that you are trying to sell you char through TPL... then its easy for them to get your email...maybe some ppl who call themself a friend of you...oh dear..

Let me explain it, in silkroad-gold.com they warn u about if someone with the same name, opening the stall with the same item/price etc etc.... so maybe its a "program" who know to scam, but i think its just a way to make more profit

Your post, as Leaker mentioned too; both made sense to me and I totally respect your point of view .. but what about selling gold to them? that happened to a friend selling 2billions and they paid him nothing at all.

Absolutely true, I wouldn't sell gold to TPL anymore because of rumors. Im going to probably stick with silkroad-gold.com they are more trustable atm.

Since you cant do anything when they dont pay you....
Its not like buying gold.. where you can make a chargeback if you dont get the gold...
