I don't know what version of windows you are runing but it seems you don't have the VB runtime files installed or your runtime files have been corupted.
Download and install the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] so that you are able to run Visual Basic applications.

Sry that didnt helped. I found out what your problem is.
I have Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6.0 used In my application for the slidebar on the zoom tool (see *Picture no.6*). You have a bad version of it so I have 3 posible solutions:
1.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and install them from Microsoft site. (download link is near the end). This should work but if it doesn't...
2. Copy the file from other computer. If both of this don't work...
3. I can make a special version for you using diferent slidebar.
pls first try the 1 and 2 option.
