- it works with multy client
- it works on every client separatly, so for egsample activating speedhack on 1 client doesn't activate speedhack on all clients, but only works for the intended client
- it has a future that shows the current tool ONLY on the client it works on, so it looks like its implemented and its part of CO2 client.
- it works on all resolution and window mode.

- Bug fixed: When CO2 client was closed the tool hocked to that client continued runing but was made invisible. Now if CO2 client is closed, the tool hocked to it will autoclose too.
- Funtion is added to align the client tools acording to Client window position. Now it should look good on Any Resolution and Any Window State (full screen or window mode.)
