Actually, I just looked up, it's illegal to gain access mac address in all situations, plus you can change your mac address too :p

Isn't it controlled by your ISP therefore only they can change it?

Tbh, i dont think they would go through all that trouble asking for the ISP or MAC whatever that is... I think they would just send you to botjail and if you want to be let out, you pay whichi means $ for TQ
