use my release ?? as it got ReCapcha (doesnt need server config)
if it doesnt works for you that ReCapcha then you need to go to there site and register and get the codes
open the register page and does what says in it (change the public/private key)
if you got your own capcha , then you probaly dont have gdLib support and then you need to install it
if you are using wamp you need to activate it (should be activated already ...)
capcha need gdlib , if you got that then it will works
