Where are you from ?

it are nice designs
but to expensive for normal users

if i can make a deal with you then i am intrested , for the rest its to high price for me

then a small note , if i see the prices then it looks like you do it for living (or as a job or whatever you like to call it )

in the first place , if you ask those prices would it be smart to have a domain and to have a email of your domain , not a gmail account as it doesnt seems proffesional to have a gmail account and no website

for the rest , i love your designs , can you contact me if you want to make a deal for 3 websites (maybe 4 )

Yes I do it for living and my portfolio is under construction, and yes I will get a domain e-mail.

I can code it to: XHTML, CSS and JavaScript (and AJAX if you want). I can make a simple PHP template system for making pages easier, but nothing to do with Metin2 database. or if you want, integrate design with a PHP script like WordPress, Joomla or a custom script etc.
