gem drops

it does sound like dropping ore. it would be unnoticeable becuz if soemone is spam killing and doesnt pick up their items then it would be impossible to find it. I got the met sound for my gems cause it would be easier to find the gem. (what would be easier is if c0tobo was updated so i can just walk to it)

All you have to do is change DropItem.wav to w.e sound you want it to be but i wouldnt recommend using met sound because, scrolls, skill books, and gems all sound the same. I personally made a custom audio file for it, if anyone needs i'll post it. If not thats the file u need to work with...

btw i'm not sure if it is the same for scrolls for sure, but i dropped a bomb scroll and it had the same sound so... it can help notify u of other items as well.

as he already asked id like to know where the file is wich links the sounds -.-
id like to understand lil more of the game so could any1 plz say the name and folder of the file ?

Its in your conquerfolder&#092;sounds

The file is dropequip, dropequip1, dropgem, dropitem.
As you can read, the first two is for equipts, the third for gem and the forth for items like scrolls, and other things. I normally dont edit dropitem, but you can also edit it, just download phishcakes's mine is dropequip, dropequip1 and dropgem ^^ understando?

lol..just find out which one makes the gem drop sound and take bell.wav..rename what the gem drop is and overwrite the other
