Not really sure about this... Syberboy definitely poses everything that is needed to be a mod but I think that first step should be guardian and cant really remember that he was one

No because you don't apply for the good reasons. How being a mod will help the section being more safe? Mods are meant to keep the forum clean (deleting, merging, moving, and splitting of posts and threads, locking, renaming, stickying of threads etc.) I don't see you often reporting. I think you just want to boost up your reputation.
