Man he said like 100 times he wasn't crying about it,now stop saying he was.

And yes he is a noob for even trying to get something like that here, LOL seriously if it would be here 90 percent of Co would of been scamming each other.

Man if he wants to know how to do it, Go studdy Hex ,then Packet edditing then cracking every file in the CO map checking diffrent files that have items included, Memory editting and check how Conquer reacts when you do this and that.

Use Google it will be ur biggest friend learning theese things, But it will take a long while, But hey! You will get rich. unless gms get ya ...

@leavemealone: He dont make a big deal out of that he lost 5kk... No1 gives a shit. He said by himself that he is not crying about the ring / money or whateva... He just asked how that could be possible. And he is not the first one who got scammed like that!111oneone..

Anyways... There IS a trick wich allow you to showup +1 things in trade window even if it is a normal item... And noone here knows / share how that could be possible..

What level was the (+1) attack ring?
09/27/2006 17:07 tasha#18
usually with this scam the seller finds a way to close the window a couple times and at the last time you try to trade he switches the the items that look the same but are not +1. its always a noob trying to sell off +1's for a cheap price.

omg u guys dont read do u, stop saying i'm crieing about it, stop saying i'm making a big deal about it, i dont fucking care i got scamed thats not the point. And NO i'm not trieing to find the guy who did that to me on this site .. omfg learn to read before u post. The reason i fucking posted this topic is to revieuw it. hex editor and hack programs work CLIENTSIDE and are only usefull if u SHARE files with the person ur about to hack/scam.

I whanted to discuss this to find out the way how it is possible to do such a thing, if we could find out we could do other hacks/exploits wathever this way, not to use it for scaming moron...

And what the fuck makes me a noob? that stupid little number under my name? it doesn't matter how many times ive posted u conservative idiot. Egain let me point out to YOU (tsu) that if u dont have anything usefull to say then stop it cus i didnt call this topic 'come in here and call me a noob' .

Now are there any persons that whant to talk about the REAL topic here and not about whos a noob?

p.s YEESS finally someone with brains (Coksnuss) :D
@ tsu, i dont whant to fucking prove you anything, besides ur not worth it. If u dont have any ideas about how this could work then stop looking at this forum and go wack off or something... idiot

---Did you read it good this time? Better read it twice so you dont say any stupid replies egain--

NO

But okay, lets talk about the exploit.
Where do you feel like starting?
09/27/2006 18:08 celeron#21
well, i know most of known programs to do this only work clientside... or needed to share files with your victim... But this guy didnt share anything and found out a way to make the normal ring look like a +1.
But when i get it in my inventory it shows as a normal...

Is it possible that if u make a ring look like +1 with hex editor and you have another REAL +1 ring that you can actually trade it, cus the site checkes your inventory for the item right?

Things I could think of now is:

Shared files (Which haven't happend in this case)
Some kind of serverbug + packet sending/editing.

Ofcourse sharing files could be the easiest, but I think I would go for the serverbug+packetkedit,

And hex-edeiting wouldnt work, only clientside.
To get hex-editing to work you would have to do it ON the servers, which is out of the question. Serverchecks and all that makes it impossible.

Now the easiest way for you to identify the problem is to start packet recording.
Probably you would want to learn more about the encryption/decryption, how the packets behave AND then go into the recording-part.

Encryption/Decrytion formulas etc you may find in the guide-section.

You realy think a serverbug has anything to do with it? and aren't the packets clientside too?

i was just thinking this: whe i use for example artmoney i get a while bunch of gold wich is very fun to watch at but doesnt do shit, but if i bring 1m from my warehouse and i give myself 1m with artmoney i can buy stuff (duh its my own money you fool).

So i know the server checks your inventory before you can actually do a trade, so maybe if i carry a real +1 item and create a fake +1 item and i trade the fake one and press ok then the server would check my inventory and find the +1 ring (the real one), but it trades the fake one... cus i don't think the automated server is smart enough to figure out wich ring i'm actually trading since they are identical...

Also i did read this topic somewere about people that know how to scam with armoney--> they make like a billion apear on the trade window and before they press ok they send a packet with like 100k to the trade, so when the trade is done to seller gets 100k instead of a billion, so i wonder if you can send items too...

--- Oh yeah they also do that kind of trick with socket rings... cus some dude tried to trade me one, i didnt whant it so i said "hehe idiot, thats a hex ring" , he replies good, how did u notice?" ... dunno if he is just plain stupid but lets just include soc rings too.

the same thing happend to me aswell... it sucks so bad...
they put up a +1 ring and then u put up your money, (its still +1) and then u accept and u look at it again and its normal...

well im new here.. but ive seen this kinda of "hack" before on diablo 2 its very possible it couldve made it way to this game as well its a image of a item, pretty much pasted on the "shitty" item so only the player your trading with see's what he thinks is a good item, for a good price, and when u trade the item the image just disapates and your shitty item you put in is traded. all in all .. its possible its not your eye's .. or is it?

i would be pissed if i lost 5kk on that shit, and i would post here just like he did.
