Need Help; Port 9528 Is Blocked

They use websense at my school too, unfortunately the only way to disable it is through server computer, so basically there's nothing you can do.
Also websense is piece of software not hardware that runs on the server computer, it also acts as a filter to block certain websites.

Some computers at schools have holes in them that are easily exploitable via batch script, sometimes they'll disable batches though. but there's a few different formats you can save it in to bypass this :P
Or you can just boot the computer from a USB with an OS and play co on that xD

The thing is that you connect to the internet through the server such that the server acts as a proxy and you can't bypass it since you can't access the internet from anywhere other than the server. Basically it's exactly like your ISP blocking certain ports, you can't do anything about it.
