Right, i got an infraction (called a guy who bumped a ~2 year old thread a noob, but i was a dumb back then), got de-guarded. That fixed everything, now im a guard again, doing my job better then ever, and i even team viewer "slow" people sometimes.

Anyhow, my vote is no, you should at least try out for guard again. If you really had 3 infractions and 2 warnings you should at least try to show everyone that u can be a guard, and not just jump to mod.

Noob refers to the word newbie, which means novice or newcomer. If you received an infraction for using the word "noob" to refer to their join date or knowledge of the rules as in: "I can see you're a noob, but you're not supposed to bump a 2 year old thread 'for fun' ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] - otherwise bumping a thread is acceptable, as long as it is not done to spam)," then it was unacceptable for that moderator to infract you, and it was quite possible that they did it because they disliked you personally. But if you were harassing the user in any way by using the word as an insult, then they had the right to give you an infraction.

I don't think it's my right to deny your application based on your post count or thanks count, but it is the moderators' job to because they need to ensure that any new staff member has the given respect of their community, but I do believe it's my right to deny your application based on your maturity level and cognitive abilities. I believe that you are not yet ready and cannot yet handle moderating any community based on what I've seen in your past, and now.

Total count up from Jan 1st untill now, 6 posts.

If you beleive there are threads that need removing or moderation that is required, report it. If you still arnt satisfied then apply to become a member of the team.

Obviously you must realise that one section cant have hundreds of moderators, cant just add someone everytime they feel that the job isnt be done to their own personal standards.
At least the co main discussion section needs a new mod. There doesnt seem to be anyone doing any sort of moderating there. I've reported a bunch of posts there but not a single thing gets done. Same with the guides and templates section. That section seems to be completely ignored.

Well today in the man discussion section alone there has been something like 7 threads deleted, a ive moved a load around. All of the reports are dealt with in one form of anouther, just because nothing obvious happens doesnt mean that nothing happens at all. And again guides and templates anouther 6 or 7 threads removed today alone.

Registered since 2008 but only 1000 posts and 200 thanks ? I donīt think that you are very active . Maybe you try it as a guardian ?

I've been Guardian, but I lost that status, not because of Infractions, I got 2 infractions before I became Guardian, and 1 after I lost the guardian status, so it's not like infractions made me stop reporting everything, it is probably the for lack of visible progress when I report, I always wonder this, it would be great if the system could be updated letting people know what action has been taken or something.

I stilll gotta say now, the past 1month and 2days this application has been open, he has only reported 4 times in the past month, and only 10 times in the year of 2010. That averages out to about 1.667 posts a month reported during this year. And he hardly posts.
Unless that changes my answer will remain no.

No.

This application is pretty useless.

Not really, if you still plan on becoming mod, look at the no votes, and see WHY they said no, then improve on the reasons.
